Hey there 👋! My name is Jesse Bendetti, and I want to be your virtual fitness trainer.  I created these classes because fitness has created a breakthrough in my life.

 

In fact, just a few years back, I was in a rut. I was depressed. I wasn’t motivated. I was working out but the programs were the same boring stuff every day. And I started to put on weight which compounded everything. 

But I knew I could change that for me and the members that depend on me. I guarantee this will be the last fitness program you will ever need. I design every workout with the goal to not only challenge you but to make it fun. I believe you can achieve more than you may even know. I guarantee I will show you your best self.
